Orlando, Florida
At about this time each year, I disappear to Orlando, Florida to work at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo, the largest event of its kind in the world. It's five very long, gruelling, but immensely rewarding days as we manage corporate communications onsite. This year, we launched a YouTube channel, built on our Twitter profile, added to our Flickr photostream and kept our FriendFeed updated with media coverage. It was probably the most rewarding and exciting week of my career so far.

As a Florida resident (via Noo Yawk), verily I say unto thee - if you don't like the weather in Florida, wait five minutes ;)
I feel terrible that the people working the conference don't get to go into the parks and have the Disney experience, especially since Symposium typically hits Orlando around the time of the Food & Wine Festival. If my company sends me next year, I'm going to hunt you down and drag you into EPCOT for a proper country crawl complete with adult beverages! :D
