Stratford upon Avon Christmas Lights
The Christmas lights have been switched on in Stratford upon Avon. It's very pretty around town at this time of year. Say hello if you are in the neighbourhood!

I'm using a Canon G9 digital camera. These photos were taken on the night setting using a tripod. You are right that a shot taken at night with no support would look like horrid.
